Advice Quality Standards

We are accredited for welfare benefits and casework, and disability information/ advice and casework. This followed a stringent examination of the procedures and practices we follow when providing advice to clients.

It is the client’s reassurance that we are qualified to give advice regarding disability and welfare rights.

The Advice Quality Standard is renewed every two years and is only awarded to organisations that meet the high standards set.
