Drop in for a taster session, join us for a mindful cup of tea, come for lunch, or come for the whole day. Whatever suits you best, we’d love it if you can join us for the launch of our new community interest company, Mindfulness for All.

We are offering short mindfulness sessions throughout the day for people with all levels of experience. Our programme will include teachings and guided practices for calming the mind, the body as an anchor to the present moment, effortless mindfulness, self-compassion, cultivating kindness and gratitude, and how to integrate mindfulness into our daily lives. We will be posting and mailing out a timetable next week.
