We believe in empowering people to make their own choices and take meaningful responsibility for their lives. Our staff  both paid and voluntary are trusted to work independently, using their judgement and expertise to make responsible decisions.

As a voluntary organisation, we value our independence and the essential contribution that the voluntary sector makes to communities.

Disability Solutions West Midlands is committed to preventing modern slavery and fully complies with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

This commitment includes reviewing our internal practices and ensuring our supply chains reflect ethical, transparent and lawful standards. We do not enter into business with any organisation in the UK or overseas that is known to be involved in slavery, forced labour or human trafficking.

No labour used in our services is provided through exploitation. We strictly adhere to UK employment legislation and maintain ethical and responsible employment practices across our organisation.
